Ralph Riccio is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses thrive. Ralph is passionate about driving efficiency, growth, and sustainability. His love for leadership and organizational development stems from watching his father and uncle manage a small retail clothing store for over 35 years. Growing up, Ralph saw firsthand the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, and it sparked his curiosity about what it takes to build and lead successful teams and organizations.

Over the years, Ralph has held leadership roles in a variety of industries, always excelling at building high performing teams, solving problems, and driving results. He’s deeply familiar with what it takes to run a successful business—whether it's creating strategic plans, finding creative solutions, or measuring success with clear KPIs.

Today, Ralph is particularly passionate about helping small and medium-sized businesses reach their full potential. As a Certified EOS Implementer, Ralph helps business owners and leadership teams implement EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System) tools to run their companies with discipline, accountability, and focus. He facilitates team discussions to align on long-term goals and ensures that everyone in the organization is on the same page. Ralph’s goal is simple: to help businesses run better and accelerate growth so that everyone in the organization can live the life they want.

In addition to his EOS work, Ralph is a Certified Outgrow Advisor, helping small and medium-sized businesses grow their revenue by 15-30% year over year. Through Outgrow, he helps companies develop scalable sales processes that foster meaningful, personalized customer interactions. By incorporating Outgrow into his service offerings, Ralph provides a complete solution for businesses to improve both their internal operations and their sales, driving both efficiency and growth.

What Ralph didn't initially realize was that the principles he was applying throughout his career were rooted in both EOS and Outgrow philosophies. For instance, he worked closely with his leadership team at St. Jude to ensure everyone was aligned, as EOS emphasizes—rowing in the same direction, with a unified focus on achieving the same goal. This was done through personalized, consistent communication with donors, a practice Ralph also teaches Outgrow clients to foster strong, long-term relationships with their customers—just as his team did with St. Jude's dedicated donors. All of this leading to significant revenue growth and ultimately becoming one of the top 3 Bequest Programs in the United States.

Outside of work, Ralph is deeply involved in his community. He volunteers with the Southington Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the Chamber in the Morning networking group. Ralph is also an active volunteer with the Homebuilders and Remodelers Association of the Connecticut River Region and supports University of Connecticut’s Coach Geno Auriemma and his efforts to raise funds for Connecticut Children’s Medical Center through Geno for the Kids events. Additionally, Ralph and his family have donated more than $70,000 over the past 15 years by selling gelato at the local Italian Festival in Southington.
